The result was the same - a blown engine and I was referred back to Jeep. In my case, Jeep offered to pay 75% of a new engine. The really annoying thing is that I keep getting, by email, rewards announcements that I'm only 253 points away from a certificate. Also after getting my car back I stopped into the transmission shop a half a block away and got an estimate for replacing the radiator and the transmission for $2800. When the last estimate came over the phone the service tech said he "called" around to other transmission shops and the best they could do was $4600. Oh I forgot... After I picked it up the trans was still slipping. So I took it back and to their credit they gave me a rental car for two days and replaced the transmission sensor they missed the first time. I've been holding this frustration inside for six months, thanks for allowing me to vent, John Sayer"

Last, just 2 days after I picked up my car he mailed a thank you card and gift to my mom as a thank you for referring me. So talk about nice guy and above and beyond customer service, it really just doesn't get any better. I highly recommend Preferred Auto Centre. This place is a gem!"
