Mark Miller
Founder – Born and raised in Southern CA, Mark has spent his early days
working on the cars of “the stars” during California’s golden age (the 1960s and 70s) at
his dad’s auto repair shop in Toluca Lake. In 1984 Mark opened his own shop in
Thousand Oaks, CA and Canoga Park, CA. Mark’s dedication to quality work and
educating his clients about their cars is what has set him apart and has earned him the
position as one of the top shops keeping generations of families with PAC. When Mark
is not at work you will find him spending time with his wife of 48 years or you can catch
him on enjoying his favorite pass time – riding his Harley.
Crista Miller
Service Advisor / Manager -- Mark’s eldest daughter Crista joined the
team mid 2020 after the pandemic diverted her from her previous role as a Freelance
Coordinator for television commercials. Crista has a B.S. in Biology from SDSU and prior
to her stint in the entertainment business she spent 12 years traveling around San Diego
doing makeup. Crista brings her years of customer service experience and her
excitement for problem solving to PAC. When she is not at work you will find her gold
and silver-smithing in her garage or overlanding with her fiance.
Cherisse Miller-Filliben
Assistant Service Advisor / CSR – Marks daughter, Cherisse
came on board in August 2021. Cherisse spent 10 years working in the entertainment
business as a Freelance Production Manager and is brining her passion of efficiency
and team building to the automotive world. She has a B.S. in Psychology from UCLA and
played for the UCLA Club Soccer Team. She is a new mom to a baby boy and in her
spare time you can find her enjoying live music with her husband.
Anthony “Tony" Pace
Master Technician/Shop Foreman – Tony is an ASE Master
Technician and has been with Preferred Auto Centre since 2003! He has always worked
in the automotive field and his problem-solving skills, intuitiveness and willingness to try
new things and consider new ideas make him a vital asset to our team. Tony enjoys
fishing, hiking, kayaking and going to the gun range when he isn’t hard at work helping
the team.
Fun Fact: Tony’s hidden talent is E.S.P!
Hank Wilder
Hank is our beloved Shop Dog and has
been bringing joy to Preferred Auto
Centre since his rescue from a high kill
shelter in Los Angeles! This adorable
schnauzer poodle mix has made himself
an essential part of our team with his
friendly personality and enthusiasm for
greeting clients and all the guys in the
shop. His treats-motivated work ethic
and talent for sniffing out snacks in the
break room make him a master at
keeping morale high around the shop.
Hank loves closing the key drawer for
treats and sneaking around looking for
dropped snacks when he isn't busy being
the best greeter we could ask for.
